These Terms govern your use of the Techie Dox website (https://techiedox.vercel.app) and any software engineering, web development, design, and consulting engagements with our agency.
1. Services & Deliverables
Techie Dox delivers custom web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design systems, and digital growth services based on mutual Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreements. Specifications, milestones, and timelines are agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership
Upon final milestone payment completion, all custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and proprietary project deliverables belong 100% to the client. Techie Dox retains the right to display non-confidential project case studies and screenshots in our portfolio unless a formal NDA restricts it.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, security best practices, and zero-defect deployments, Techie Dox is not liable for indirect damages, third-party hosting outages, or external API modifications (e.g. AWS, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase).
